At The Stationer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home office and paper goods. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your stationery items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the original packing slip is included inside for faster processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
